Virtual Mushroom Guidance Package for Healing

This package provides you with everything you need to feel comfortable using mushrooms in your own home. You’ll have time with Chrissy to ask her any questions about what the mushroom experience is like, access to the PDF guide, receive a personalized strain recommendation and more. This package also includes on-call assurance to know that someone is there over the phone if you need it at any point during your journey. 

Once purchased, you will receive an email with a link to schedule our first 1:1 call. Suggested payment for package is $120-150, depending on what is feasible for you and will be collected only after you are satisfied with your experience. 

Meet & Greet // Ask Me Anything (30 min): Whether you’re struggling with something specific, or feel like you’ve just lost yourself, I have been there and can relate. We’ll use this time to make sure you have all of your questions answered about what the mushroom experience will be like in a no-judgement zone. 

Strain Recommendation: Because I have used mushrooms specifically for healing, I have become familiar with the different kinds of strains. Depending on what you’re going through, or looking for out of your experience, I can recommend specific strains that might enhance your experience based on your healing goals. 

Your Guide to Macrodosing on Mushrooms for Healing (PDF): This guide includes everything you need to know about macrodosing on mushrooms for healing purposes. The 20+ page PDF guide explains how mushrooms heal, what you can expect during your experience (beginning to end), and how to set up an environment that fosters comfort and safety. 

Personalized Video: Doing mushrooms for the first time can feel scary! Chrissy will send you a personalized video to watch at the beginning of your journey to ease any anxiety of the unknown and welcome you into your experience.

On-Call Virtual Assurance: Chrissy will ensure that she is virtually “on-call” for anything you need while you embark on your mushroom experience. This means that if you call her should something come up, or if you have a question, she is guaranteed to be available for you via phone.

Optional Debrief Post Mushroom Experience (30 min): The experience of macrodosing on mushrooms for healing purposes can be life changing. Those whom I've already worked with have confirmed it's beneficial to have dedicated time and space to debrief with someone who has also done them. 

Access to the RTH Community: Having community available as you integrate your mushroom experience into your day-to-day is key. This will first be a Whatsapp with invitation to live events (such as retreats) in the future.
